EIE Board Member Colby M. May is Senior Counsel and Director of the Washington Office of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). Colby joined the ACLJ in 1994 after practicing law in Washington, D.C. specializing in federal litigation, regulatory proceedings, communications and technology, non-profit tax issues, and First Amendment law.
