August 01, 2011 THE 2011 VIRGINIA SCHOOL AND CAMPUS SAFETY TRAINING FORUM Enough is EnoughSM (EIE) Representative and former Administrator with the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, U.S. Department of Justice, Bob Flores, will be educating parents, educators and community members about protecting children fromthe online dangers of pornography, sexual predators, cyberbullies and threats relating to social networking, online gaming and mobile devices, utilizing EIE's award-winning Internet Safety 101SM program. Workshop recipients will receive training on current issues involving Internet Safety and how to deliver an adult focused training program to teachers, administrators and parents. Media reports involving sexting, bullying, and improper use of social networks present challenges to safety and administrative personnel withing schools. Effective strategies to address these challenges include education and pro-active efforts. Participants will be provided with a complementary copy of the Enough Is EnoughSM, Internet Safety 101SM training curriculum. Event Information can be found here.
