Cris Clapp Logan, Director of Communications and Congressional Relations

Cris Logan serves in multiple roles within Enough Is Enough (EIE). In her work with EIE, she educates and advises Congressional staff on Internet safety issues, legislation, key findings, resources and new Internet safety tools. Mrs. Logan has provided advice to House and Senate staff relating to legislation including the Cyber Safety for Kids Act, Safer Net Act, and Protect Kids bill. Mrs. Logan has also stressed the importance of increased funding for ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) and other enforcement efforts that target online pornography and sexual predators.

Mrs. Logan contributes regularly on national radio, print publications and televised programs. She works closely with EIE President Donna Rice Hughes to advance EIE's initiatives with public, Industry, and law enforcement efforts, participating with the Virginia Attorney General's Youth Internet Safety Task Force, the GetNetWise Advisory Board, and the Internet Safety Technical Task Force, on behalf of Mrs. Hughes. Mrs. Logan also serves on the TIP & Technology: Uses and Abuses of Technology in Human Trafficking Roundtable, U.S. Department of State. Mrs. Logan has developed an expertise in areas relating to Internet pornography, cyberbullying, social networking, Web 2.0, teen web identity, and filtering and monitoring technology, and she has given several media interviews regarding Web 2.0, online pornography, youth Internet culture, and Internet safety policy. Mrs. Logan also conducts research and content development work for EIE. She is the Associate Producer and writer of Enough Is Enough's Internet Safety 101: Empowering Parents educational film series and writer and editor of the Internet Safety 101: Empowering Parents workbook.

Prior to joining EIE, Mrs. Logan worked in the Senate Republican Conference for former Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) where she contributed to the Senator's communications and legislative efforts to promote the "Safe Kids, Healthy Communities" agenda, ownership for low-income Americans, religious freedom, and initiatives to fight global HIV/AIDS, sexual exploitation efforts, human trafficking, modern-day slavery, and global poverty. Previously, Mrs. Logan served in summer positions at the Institute for Defense and Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, Installations and Environment.

Mrs. Logan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
